Cookies & GDPR
Last updated 26 October 2026.
The short version
This website sets no cookies. No tracking, no analytics, no advertising. Nothing is stored in your browser when you read these pages or fill in the order form. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything, and why there is no banner in your way.
What a cookie is, and why most sites ask
A cookie is a small file a website leaves in your browser so it can recognise you later. Used plainly, that keeps you signed in or remembers a preference. Used for advertising, it follows you between sites and builds a picture of you. UK law requires a site to ask before setting anything beyond the strictly necessary. We have nothing to ask about.
What the site does load from elsewhere
Two things are fetched from other companies when a page opens:
- Google Fonts — the typefaces you are reading.
- jsDelivr — the software library that carries your booking from the form to us.
Your IP address is visible to those services, as it is to any website you visit. Neither sets a cookie here. If you would rather nothing at all left your browser, we can serve the typefaces from our own address instead; say so and we will.
The office panel
Our own staff, signing in to the booking panel, do have a session stored in their browser to keep them signed in while they work. That is a private tool for the office and is not part of the public website. It is never used on these pages.
If this ever changes
If we add something that measures how the site is used, we will say so here before it goes live, and we will ask your permission if the law requires it. We would rather lose the statistics than put a banner between you and a quote.
GDPR
What we collect when you book, why, where it is kept, how long for and how to have it deleted is all set out in the Privacy Policy. In short: your booking is stored in London, it is seen by our office and your driver, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
